It typically take 2-3 weeks to ship SpeakerFrames. Please note these are high quality hand made solid wood frames. 

Yes, once your order has ship you get a email that included the tracking information.

No, SpeakerFrame only provides the frame . This way, you as a customer can provide any picture or art to your liking 

You can purchase canvas from different websites. however the stand size that will fit inside the frames are as followed:

All frame can accommodate  Canvases up to 1.25" and less 

The frame gets power two different ways. 

• SpeakerFrame provides bulit-in rechargeable batteries.  
• SpeakerFrame also provides a power cord so you can plug into the wall.

Once fully charged the batteries last about 4hr of play time

 At this moment SpeakerFrame does not offer free shipping 

1. Turn on your Bluetooth on your phone or device 

2. Flip the SpeakerFrame on, wait till you hear a noise 

3. on you phone or device go to  Bluetooth setting and select the new device

4. change the name of the Device  on your phone to SpeakerFrame

5. Once connected you will hear a chime noise and that means you are now connected to SpeakerFrame
